Steps to Pay via M-Pesa STK Push
- Log in to your Optinet Client Portal at optinet.co.ke/portal
- Navigate to Billing & Payments
- Enter the amount and tap Pay via M-Pesa
- You will receive an STK Push prompt on your phone — enter your M-Pesa PIN
- Payment is confirmed instantly and your account is updated automatically
Your connection is renewed immediately after payment is confirmed — no need to call us. If the STK prompt does not arrive within 30 seconds, check that the phone number on your account matches your M-Pesa registered line.
