Installation steps

Tap Download for Android above and let the .apk file finish downloading.

Open the downloaded file. If prompted, allow your browser to install unknown apps — this is expected for an app not from the Play Store.

Tap Install, then open the app once it finishes.

Enter your Optinet subdomain and sign in once with your staff username and password. The app remembers your sign-in.

This app is for Optinet staff only. If you don't have login credentials, contact your administrator.

What's new in v1.3.0

  • Open offline with your saved sign-in and previously loaded data. Changes and sending require a connection.
  • Network workspace with searchable RADIUS logs, routers and VPN status.
  • Settle M-Pesa receipts against tenant subscription invoices from the master organisation.
  • Organisation customisation, SMS gateway settings and SMS/email template editing. Email delivery remains unavailable.
  • Bulk SMS with tags, status, package and expiry filters, personalised placeholders, quick templates and recipient previews.

Fixed

  • Search result taps now open the correct client, invoice or other detail screen.
  • Removed the updated-time and auto-refresh strip from the bottom of screens.
  • Encrypted offline data is separated by server and cleared on sign-out.
