When you sign up to the platform, we immediately provision a subdomain for you at no extra cost. For example, if your ISP is called KiambuNet, your admin panel is live at kiambunet.optinet.co.ke from day one.

What About the Client Portal?

Each ISP Gets Its Own Isolated Database
Every tenant ISP on the platform runs on a dedicated PostgreSQL database. Your client data, billing records, network configurations and staff accounts are completely isolated from every other ISP on the platform. You get enterprise-grade data separation at a fraction of the cost of building your own system.
What is NOT Available to Tenant ISPs
To keep the platform clean and avoid mail-server conflicts, tenant ISPs do not have access to the built-in mail server (Postfix/Dovecot) module. Email notifications to clients are sent via your configured SMS/email gateway settings instead.
