• Installation fees and hardware costs may apply
• Downtime may occur due to maintenance, outages, or third-party issues
• Excessive or abusive usage may be restricted under our Fair Use Policy

4. CCTV Installation

• Installation includes hardware and software configuration
• Warranty applies for manufacturer faults (up to 12 months unless stated otherwise)
• Client is responsible for power supply and equipment safety after installation

5. Website Design & Hosting

• Web design is based on agreed scope and content submission
• Annual hosting/domain renewal fees apply
• We reserve the right to suspend sites involved in abuse or illegal content

6. Server Hosting

• Clients must maintain backups of hosted content
• We are not liable for third-party software security breaches
• Hosting illegal, harmful, or abusive content will result in immediate suspension

7. Payments & Refunds

• All services require advance payment
• Installation and design deposits are non-refundable
• Refunds (if any) are processed at our discretion based on service issues

8. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend services due to non-payment or policy violations
• Clients may terminate services by providing written notice
• Data may be deleted immediately upon termination

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by factors beyond our control
• No liability for damages caused by improper equipment handling or user negligence
